This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our Terms of Service withEverLucent Vault LLC. By accessing EverLucent Vault you agree to these rules. Violations may result in content removal, feature restriction, suspension, or termination.
1. No Protected Health Information (PHI)
EverLucent Vault is not a HIPAA-covered system and does not provide a Business Associate Agreement. You must not upload, paste, transmit, or store any Protected Health Information (as defined under HIPAA) in the Service, including but not limited to:
- Patient names, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, MRNs, account numbers.
- Social Security numbers, insurance IDs, biometric identifiers.
- Photographs, scans, or audio recordings of patients.
- Any other information that, alone or in combination, could identify an individual patient.
The Service includes automated PHI detection and may block, redact, or quarantine content that appears to contain PHI. Use de-identified examples only. Repeated violations are grounds for immediate termination.
2. Professional use only
The Service is provided for licensed clinicians and their authorized administrative staff. You may not provide access to patients, give patients accounts, or use the Service to deliver patient-facing care, telehealth visits, or messaging.
3. Prohibited activities
- Unlawful activity, fraud, or activity that violates professional licensing or regulatory rules.
- Infringing the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
- Uploading malware, viruses, or attempts to compromise the Service or other users.
- Scraping, automated extraction, or reverse engineering of the Service or its data.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service or circumventing access controls.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Service or its content.
- Using AI features to generate content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or designed to deceive.
- Submitting prompts you do not have rights to, or attempting to extract another party's confidential information.
- Using outputs as a substitute for independent clinical judgment, professional advice, or required clinical documentation.
4. AI-specific rules
- You are responsible for every output you act on. Verify and edit before any clinical, regulatory, or business use.
- Do not use AI outputs to provide diagnosis, treatment, or care to a patient without independent review and your professional judgment.
- We may filter, refuse, or restrict outputs that violate this AUP or that we believe present a safety or legal risk.
- Repeated misuse of AI features (jailbreaking, attempting to extract restricted content, generating disallowed material) is grounds for suspension or termination.
5. IP takedown
If you believe content in the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, contact legal@everlucentvault.com with a detailed notice identifying the work, the allegedly infringing content, and your contact information. We respond to valid notices and may remove or restrict content and terminate repeat infringers.
6. Reporting
Report suspected violations to support@everlucentvault.com.
