EverLucent Vault LLC engages the third-party service providers listed below ("subprocessors") to help operate, secure, and improve the Service. Each subprocessor is bound by contractual obligations consistent with our Privacy Notice and processes personal information only on our instructions and for the limited purposes described.
Current subprocessors
Infrastructure and database
- Supabase, Inc. (United States) — managed Postgres database, authentication, file storage, and Row Level Security. Hosts account data, compliance records, practice content, and uploaded files.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — edge compute runtime, content delivery network, and DDoS protection for the Service.
Payments and billing
- Paddle.com Market Ltd. (United Kingdom / United States) — Merchant of Record for subscription sales, payment processing, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds.
- Plaid Inc. (United States) — optional bank account connectivity used to sync balances and transactions into the Money ledger, only where a user chooses to link an account.
Scheduling and coaching
- Cal.com, Inc. (United States) — booking and calendar management for coaching sessions.
- Video provider selected at booking (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) — video conferencing for scheduled coaching sessions.
AI model providers
- OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States) — generative-AI model inference for drafting and educational features.
- Google LLC (United States) — generative-AI model inference (Gemini family) for drafting and educational features.
AI providers receive only the prompt content and limited context required to generate a response. See our AI Disclosure and Acceptable Use Policy— you must not submit Protected Health Information (PHI) to the Service.
Email and operations
- Transactional email provider — delivery of account, security, renewal, and support emails.
- Error monitoring and analytics — diagnostic logging and aggregate product analytics.
- Customer support tooling — handling and tracking of support inquiries.
Changes to this list
We may add or replace subprocessors as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. To request notice of subprocessor changes, email privacy@everlucentvault.com.
