1. Our commitment
EverLucent Vault LLC is committed to making the Service usable by the widest possible audience, including licensed clinicians and authorized administrative staff who use assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, as a measurable target for the Service.
2. What we do
- Design and build with semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, and ARIA patterns where appropriate.
- Maintain sufficient color contrast and scalable text in our design system.
- Test critical workflows with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation during development.
- Review accessibility regressions as part of our ongoing release process.
3. Known limitations
Parts of the Service rely on complex data tables, charts, and AI-generated drafts that may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA in every interaction. Third-party components and embedded providers (including payment, scheduling, and video providers) may have their own accessibility limitations outside our direct control. We are actively working to improve these areas.
4. Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need an alternative format, or want to request a specific accommodation, please contact us and we will work with you to provide the information or functionality you need:
- Email: support@everlucentvault.com
- Subject line: "Accessibility Request"
We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within five (5) business days and to provide a substantive response or accommodation as promptly as reasonably possible.
5. Standards and scope
This statement applies to the EverLucent Vault web application and marketing site operated at domains controlled by EverLucent Vault LLC. It does not apply to third-party sites linked from the Service. We measure our progress against WCAG 2.1 Level AA and applicable U.S. accessibility laws, including Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
