EverLucent Vault is an educational and administrative drafting assistant for licensed clinicians. It is not:
- A clinical decision-support system or diagnostic device;
- An electronic health record or HIPAA-covered system;
- A source of medical, legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice;
- A substitute for your independent professional judgment, your state's licensing rules, current clinical guidelines, or consultation with qualified colleagues.
Not medical advice
Reference content, interpreter modules (including hormone interpreters), drug-reference lookups, guidelines summaries, evidence search, and AI-generated drafts are provided for educational and documentation-support purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice and must not be used as the sole basis for any diagnostic or treatment decision. You are responsible for independently verifying clinical content against current guidelines, primary literature, and your patient's clinical context.
Not legal, compliance, or tax advice
Compliance trackers, jurisdiction summaries, credentialing helpers, business templates, and related content are provided for general informational purposes only. State licensing rules, scope-of-practice rules, payer requirements, tax rules, and corporate-formation requirements vary and change frequently. Verify all rules with your state board, payer, attorney, accountant, or other qualified advisor before relying on them.
AI accuracy
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, fabricated ("hallucinated"), or out of date. You must review, verify, and edit every AI output before relying on it. Never present AI output as a clinical record, regulatory filing, or final professional work product without your own review.
No clinician–patient relationship
Use of the Service does not create a clinician–patient relationship between you and EverLucent Vault, its staff, or its coaches. The Service is not intended for, and may not be used to deliver care to, patients.
No coach–client professional relationship
Coaching sessions booked through the Service are educational consulting only. They do not constitute clinical supervision, attorney–client representation, accounting services, or any other licensed professional relationship. See the Coaching Services Agreement.
Infrastructure and third parties
The Service depends on third-party hosting, AI providers, reference-data APIs, payment processors, and scheduling tools. We are not liable for upstream outages, data errors, model behavior, pricing changes, or discontinuations. Reference and guideline data is sourced from publicly available repositories and may lag behind official publications.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EverLucent Vault LLC disclaims liability for any clinical, regulatory, business, or financial decision made in connection with the Service. See our Terms of Service for the full liability framework.
